i was so excited everything was clean! the communal areas were well designed. several drink and dining options exist on-site. the staff was very helpful here! i appreciated the easy access to interesting areas and subway lines.
our room felt particularly noisy due to loud bars on the main floor. the rooftop lounge was open quite late with a constant stream of people. i noticed that light control was a bit difficult too.

The room offered a lovely view, letting me see the city skyline! modern furniture was provided and seemed to be in good condition. the shower was spacious with really great hot water. I loved it.

the hotel sits conveniently near several subway lines! i found myself in close proximity to a variety of restaurants and shops. being on the edge of chinatown and little italy felt so authentic.

i really enjoyed the vibe at the fix bar! the hotel had several options to drink and dine on site, which i really appreciated. downstairs, there was a lounge that looked really nice too, though i did not get to visit.

The location was really great. I was very happy to check into my room early. The storage rooms had different essentials I needed. It was nice getting credit for the café in the lounge. The food was AMAZING!!!
Every single person I rode with complained about the confusion. I didn't love the club music. I could hear it bumping throughout the entire building until the early hours.

I loved that the hotel offers valet parking and the rooms were very clean. the staff was great. I found it an excellent value for a quick visit. i have stayed here multiple times and will likely return.
you have to use your card to go up, understandable, but using it to go down was unnecessary. i also wished the rooms had a mini fridge.
